Commercial Description:
Editor's note: This beer was formerly known as Holbæk Brown Ale.
The bottled version has been brewed at Herslev Bryghus and holds 6.5% ABV.

English: A dark and full-bodied ale with a light sweetness from the caramel malt. It is brewed with a mix of three different types of malt, soft water, english bittering hops and aroma hops, which gives the beer a fruity aroma and a distinct malt character.

courtesy of oh6gdx - nutty coloured with a persistent beige foam; nice balance between malt and hops in the nose, notes of cookies and chocolate; solid carbonation and medium to full-bodied, sweet and bitter with a long malty and biscuity, hoppy finish - balanced and tasty

Draught, at No. 5. Brown with light brown head, mostly diminishing, good lacings, cloudy. Aroma moderate malty (roated, fruity), heavy hoppy. Flavor light sweet, heavy bitter, long duration. Light body, watery, soft carbonated.

RBESG08 grand tasting. Clear deep amber, thin beige head. OK fruity beer, bit too carbonated. But some nice fruit. Great fruit, some kind of apricot?
