Commercial Description:
Editor's note: This beer was formerly known as "Holbæk Påskebryg", but got its new name in March 2007
The bottled version has been brewed at Herslev Bryghus.

English: A blending beer of two different brews with the same malt profile (57% Pale Ale malt, 28% Cara malt, 15% Pilsener malt and some oatmeal) but fermented with two different yeast strains: Whitbread Pale Ale and a Belgian Abbey Ale yeast. Boiled with Target, late addition of Styrian Goldings which are also used for the dry hopping.
