(bottle, 5.5% abv, with thanks to Papsoe for the sample) Slightly cloudy, light-orange colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty, strong citrus-fruity nose with floral notes and a moderately sweet malty background. Sweet malty base with a distinctive fruit-accentuation of citrus and elderflowers, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel; moderately sweet malty and fruity finish. Fresh impression, just a nice beer for summer times. Wow, my first Holbæk without infection (autumn 2007).
