Tastes of caramel malts and rich fruit hints. Incredibly drinkable but with an intensely flavour-packed finish. Pleasant and not too demanding though a bit more body would have helped. Ungstrup (11136), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 1, 2008 Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of chocolate and roasted malty, leading to a slightly dry finish. The body is thin.
