Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Also available bottled (not to be confused with Golden Pale Ale, which is actually the bottled version of Black Country Bitter).
An 18ct gold, golden ale with subtle yet fragrant hop aromas, a moreish gentle sweetness and an almost citrus like pleasant bitter finish. Brewed using the finest English Maris Otter malts and choicest Fuggles, Golden Glow is a thirst quenchingly refreshing beer.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Golden in colour with a big, off-white head and plenty of carbonation. Aroma of subdued citrus and creamy malts. Flavour was sweet, with a touch of butterscotch, chewy malt and a slightly dry finish. A bit lifeless.

Cask, The Griffin Inn, Shustoke. Bright and yellowy with a nitro-like creamy softness. Drinks like water. Mildly sulpurous aroma with polite lemony hints. Straw, Malted Milk and oats. Nowhere near enough hop zing to satisfy. Clings with tedious mushy biscuit. Empty.

half at the london drinker in camden. Golden colour with a green tinge. Aroma was extremely yeasty and reminded a bit of fresh milk. In the mouth again very yeasty and sweet, nice bread notes. good.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Globe Leicester. A bright gold coloured beer with a sparkled white head and lacing. The aroma is lemony citricity with creamy head. The taste is light lemony hops. Drinkable but nothing fulfilling.

Fresh, light hop aroma. Flavour is light and slightly sweet with a sharper finish. Easy drinking and refreshing.
