hughie (2374), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England Jul 4, 2007 Cask at ’Spoons, Milton Keynes. Golden with a white head. Buttery malt aroma. Delicious wheaty, grainy taste with plenty of citrus and an agreeable level of bitterness to follow. Nicely served too. A real cracker. Gazza (720), Worcester, Worcestershire, England Jul 15, 2004 Absolutely gorgeous. A full, rich, malty beer with an unmistakeable honey note, whether this is by addition of the bees wares or brewing I don’t know. Super-smooth body of malt and fruit, some gentle bitterness, but mainly rich malt. Like drinking honey and beer mixed, which isn’t as bad as you might think. Excellent. imdownthepub (4224), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Mar 19, 2003 Draught at Park Inn (Brewery Tap), Woodsetton. Pale Golden Beer with thin bubbly head. Lovely well balanced smooth hoppy beer with crystal malts. Can't think of a better place to drink it either, overall a very tasty golden beer. Mads Langtved (2246), København K, Denmark Nov 25, 2005 Cask conditioned, GBBF 2005:
Golden coloured. Very bitter finish. Pleasant beer. Some caramel in the flavour adds some complexity. DJMonarch (4091), Northwich, Cheshire, England Feb 5, 2006 1. Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 06/11/2004
