Commercial Description:
Our version is amber colored and possess a modest bitterness and clean aroma. Crafted in the traditional Bavarian manner, it strongly resembles the Oktoberfest Biers served at the fall festival in Munich.

Pours a coppery color with about a finger of white foam. Aroma is slightly malty. The flavor is a little bit malty with some bitterness. Not much flavor in this one. It’s okay.

Pours copper with very very small head. Flavor is malty sweet with no hops noticable. Im actually coming around on the "marzen" style.

Poured from a 12oz bottle and served in a shaker. This beer poured a burnt orange hue with a one-finger thick head of beige foam that slightly lasted. Some light, slippery lacing was left behind. The aroma of the beer was made up of biscuit, caramel, and a mild hop note. The flavor included caramel, toasted grains, and sweet malts. A bit bland. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with moderate to high carbonaiton. Not much to say about this beer. It smelled like a märzen, but it didn’t really taste like much of anything.
