Like a lot of people I got this from the pack from Sam’s. Golden to orange in color with a thin head. Smells of malts, some hops, and not much else. Taste is plain, watery, malts.

Jul 26, 2008 Pours copper with very very small head. Flavor is malty sweet with no hops noticable. Im actually coming around on the "marzen" style.

Jun 28, 2008 bottle, half time liquors tallahassee, light amber pour thin head. aroma of caramel and hops. taste was too watered down, caramel and light malts. ok beer but too thin.

May 24, 2008 Poured from a 12oz bottle and served in a shaker. This beer poured a burnt orange hue with a one-finger thick head of beige foam that slightly lasted. Some light, slippery lacing was left behind. The aroma of the beer was made up of biscuit, caramel, and a mild hop note. The flavor included caramel, toasted grains, and sweet malts. A bit bland. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with moderate to high carbonaiton. Not much to say about this beer. It smelled like a märzen, but it didn’t really taste like much of anything.
