"Amber to deep copper/orange. Malty sweetness, toasted malt aroma and flavor dominant. Medium body. Low to medium bitterness. Low hop flavor and aroma."
Not my favorite beer, but based on this definition, I think matches well. Low aroma, low hops. Flavor had a bit too much corn for me, but overall, good beer.

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jan 10, 2006 Clear amber body with a small head. Aroma is hard to pick up but mostly caramelized water. Flavor is the same, this is basically flavored water. It’s not offensive, but it sure is thin.. even for the style. sammy3D (114), Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 5, 2006 Red orange with a fair head. Forms a bit of lace on the glass. Aroma is roasted malt with a hint of hops and a cabbage or ’kraut whiffiness. Malty body with a bit of hop bitter in the finish. Something else funny in the taste (like the ’kraut smell) hints of cabbage. Fairly balanced but thin and watery. Just a bit above your average brew. Goodfella (60), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Pours red-amber with hardly any head, aroma of malt and flowers but watery palate and not as robust as I expect from an Oktoberfest. It was o.k. with pizza. Suttree (2743), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 2, 2006 12 oz. bottle. Pours a light copper color with a decent whitish head. Non descript aroma (it smells like beer!). Pleasant light caramel malt flavor along with some light hops bitterness. I guess the keyword for this brew is light. If you’re looking for a good beer to sit down and enjoy by the fire, this one is not it. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA

Poured an amber color with a slight off-white head. Malty aroma with a hint of spices but really faint. Malty flavor with a light body.
