Commercial Description:
Our version is amber colored and possess a modest bitterness and clean aroma. Crafted in the traditional Bavarian manner, it strongly resembles the Oktoberfest Biers served at the fall festival in Munich.

Surprisingly light for a Marzen. Medium head, light amber. Flavor is toasty with the right amount of citrus rind hops. Easy on the palate with medium body. Aftertaste a bit sweet, but not annoyingly so.

Aroma is a sweet caramel malt scent. Color is amber with fair carbonation and thin head. Taste is a mellow almost flat malt flavor with a very faint hop bitterness.

Hazy ruby coloured body with a deep copper coloured tint and a very thin tan head. Aroma of fresh raisins, malt, caramel, figs and an unfortunate smell of metal and blood. Medium-bodied; Nice malty taste with a very sweet finish and a mild metallic flavour that lasts for a while. Aftertaste is very short and sweet - nothing horrible to speak of, but nothing amazing either. Overall, a decent marzen for being mass produced, but not outstanding. This is better than a lot because there was nothing offensive about the beer -just nothing spectacular. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Super H Mart (Korean Store) in Fairfax, Virginia on 18-September-2007.

Copper brown brew, average foamy head. Bright floral bouquet with notes of lemon soda. Malty, sweet apple flavor, more of a flat soda taste then a marzen. Bready and bitter aftertaste.

Pours a dark toffee brown with a minimal head. Flavor is sweet with a hint of caramel. Thin body. Low carbonation. OK but nothing I would look for again.

Again, another very average effort from this brewery. Not great, but not bad either. Bland would be the best way to describe this one.

Bottle. Pours a clean amber in color, with a pale white head. The flavor and aroma are both lacking compared to other examples of the style. Fairly bland in flavor, a bit of hops and very little in the way of malt.
