Cask (gravity dispense) at Derby Beer Festival. Pitch black in colour. Slightly oily, glass coating consistency. Big creamy coffee aroma, with bitter chocolate. The flavour is less intense than the aroma but has the same elements plus some hoppy bitterness. Very dry. Full mouthfeel. Lingering bitter chocolate and burnt malt finish. Excellent stuff.

Cask conditioned - gravity - Derby BF. A completly black coloured stout which has a very dry roasty aroma with maybe a bit of fruit in the back. The taste is nicely roasty and dry with some mocha notes. A nice full-bodied beer.
