Pale with a nice tight white head. Aroma is a crisp maltiness, light. Taste is light, faint citrus and hoppiness, light bitterness.

Crisp, clear, and refreshingly spicy. I really didn’t expect much from this one, but it really would hit the spot on a warm day. An impressive start to my taste flight.

Pours with a small-average sized white colored fizzy head. It smells strongly of grain and has Saaz hops. It smells a little fruity - but a different kind of fruity. The best smell to describe it is the aroma of fruity pebble cereal. It has virtually no head lacing and the body is sparkling with a medium dark hue. The initial flavor is moderately sweet with a light, bitter finish flavor. The beer’s body is light to the palate and has a dry fizzy texture.

Pours with a white frothy head covering a golden body. Aroma of corn, some spiceyness and grainy maltiness (Possibly Saaz hops too). Taste is strongly of grain, but still nice and crisp. Slightly fizzy and dry mouthfeel. Had on tap, but since my dad liked it a lot, we got a growler for the "Open Eyes" tasting.

Draught at the brewpub. Golden with a light and wispy head. Subtle aroma of sweet malt, some graininess, and light hops. The flavor is crisp and light with pale malt sweetness, some light fruity notes, and some graininess. Finishes clean with light bitterness. Hop flavor is almost undetectable. Light and crisp mouthfeel. A little to grainy for my tastes, but quite clean and drinkable otherwise. Not something that I would drink often, but a well crafted beer for those used to lighter offerings. Seems like this is the concession to the BMC crowd, and just doesn’t give me anything, though it is quite drinkable.
