On tap at Hollister. Pours with a small white ring of froth over a hazy pale yellow body. Aroma of wheat, light banana, vanilla and chlorine. Taste is sweet with vanilla, wheat, banana and orange. Tingly carbonation and a dry mouthfeel for the style.

Foggy pale.white with a thin off white head. Aroma is a light spice, citrus, hay, banana esters. Taste is light maltiness, some corriander, banana esters.

A lovely cloudy yeasty beverage. Sweet banana, and a lovely drinkability. Very smooth, and very drinkable. Someone at the table said it reminded them of a malty lemonade - not really a positive way to review a beer, but I think it is fitting for this one. Buy one for your lady friend.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy gold-amber with a smallish white head. The aroma is yeasty with some clove spice and a little banana bread. The flavor is tart and spicy with a nice malt sweetness that remains a little restrained. Medium-light bodied. Not as much banana as german examples that I’ve had, but a nice spice. Refreshing.
