Commercial Description:
Danish: En orange kobberfarvet, undergæret øl – brygget på 4 forskellige slags malt, heriblandt Münchener malt og karamel malt. Øllet er rig på smag og farve. Den amerikanske aromahumle, Amarillo, runder smagen af og giver den en unik bitterhed. Øllet samler alle duftindtrykkene fra markerne i høsttiden og er en hyldest til høsten.

English: An orange-copper coloured bottom fermented beer brewed using four different types of malt, amongst those Münchener malt and caramel malt. The beer is rich in flavour and colour. The American aroma hops, Amarillo, round the flavour off, and gives the beer a unique bitterness. The beer collects all the aromas from the fields during harvest, and is a celebration of the harvest.

My favorite of the beers in Holmegaard. Unfortunetly it isn’t to find anymore. But is was a real plesure.

Amber with a small white head. Aroma is malt with an unpleasant husk and grain note. Dry malty flavour with husky astringency.

Draught at EBF 2008. Cloudy orange coloured with a small off white head. Fruity aroma of malts and caramel. Fruity flavour of malts and caramel with notes of hops. Hoppy finish.

[EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Somewhat cloudy amber color. Aroma of hay, mild caramel, bit of fruit and mild floral notes. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet malty flavor with a hint of bitterness. Mild bitter floral finish with some underlying malty sweetness.

Light amber colour with medium white head.Aroma is hoppy and fruity,sweet caramel note with light malty flavor is a littel to thin i think.
