armando629 (954), Budapest, Hungary Apr 29, 2008 Pale yellow body, small but nice head ( a diet!). Minimal hoppy perfume and corn aroma.Thin body, some hoppy taste, little papery. Don’t forget, this is a diet!!! ogivlado (3036), Zagreb, Croatia Aug 23, 2007 Bottled(330ml). –Yellow coloured, small white airy head, weak corn nose. Dry unpleasant taste of cereals and grain. Hardly drinkable though it was very cold beer on very hot day. HenrikSoegaard (4263), Randers, Denmark Aug 5, 2006 Bottle. Frothy fair white fully deminishing head. Yellow colour. Ligth hoppy aroma, almost nothing. Bad ugly harsh bitter flavor. Short finish. Really an ugly beer. FrankJohansen (3329), Sabro, Denmark Aug 4, 2006 Bottle. light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma and flavour of hops and malts. Boring, boring. rickgordon (3285), Göteborg, Sweden Mar 7, 2006 Bottled.
Pale golden. Loads of honey in aroma. Pure bee honey. Very dry and a bit papery, also a ittle harsh. Light bodied. No bitterness.
Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 1, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Aparently Holsten invented the diet-pils for diabetics - what a pathetic claim to fame... Apparently the secret is to let the brew ferment longer, thereby leaving no residual sugars. The beer is pale golden with a limited head. Expectedly dry without much bitterness. An unusual deal. 021199 MiP (8793), Sønderborg, Denmark Mar 10, 2005 Bottle. Sour. Astringent. Foul. Emil (6075), Copenhagen, Denmark Mar 9, 2005 Bottle. Yellow colour with no head. Sweet malty aroma and thin taste. Light body and a watery light dry finish. Glad i´m not on a diat.
