Nice malt in the nose. Body soft as velvet with the malt being very pronounced also here. Fruity, fresh hoppy finish. An excellent lager indeed. 210899 johndoughty (2170), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England

If all else fails I am quite happy to drink this, there is just a bit more hop than most commercial lagers Mklein818 (165), Etterbeek, Virginia, Belgium

Not bad for a commercial German--a bit too much of the hop for this otherwise clean Deutsche brew. Ungstrup (15430), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 6, 2008 Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw, and so is the flavor, leading to a slightly bitter finish. FrankJohansen (3399), Århus-Randers Crew, Denmark
