Bottle. Golden and still with a small head. Aromas are yeasty and soapy with baked beans and cardboard. Some hints of shit. Flavours are soapy and dry with yeast and stewed beans. Incredibly foul.

Bottle@Albion Inn, Loughborough. Golden beer with a cold baked beans aroma and flavour with a slightly bitter finish. Overall a rubbish beer.

Can. Put ice in it, pinch your nose, swallow quickly and you might just survive. Seriously, now.

The bottle looks very good. The beer is very zippy, for a non-alcohol beer a very fine foam. Tastes a little bit as the normal Holsten, really not bad, a good alternative to a normal beer.

A special treat for my #1000 rating! Light yellow, frothy head. Smells like gents loos - pissy and perfumed with urinal cakes. The taste does at least indicate that this is in some way related to beer - i.e. it’s at least made of grain. Plenty of nastiness for a beer so weak. Nastiness stays on for a nasty finish. Best negative aspect - it doesn’t even get you there!

Biggish shiny white head does not last. Yellow body with carbonation. Medicinal straw and grain aroma, somewhat chemical. Dry slightly hoppy straw taste with chalky notes. Some rubber. No aftertaste. Not bad. (0.33l bottle at Ashburnham Arms, Greenwich.)

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty bad bready aroma. No hopps. Ugly bready flavor. Short watery finish. Ugly.
