Aroma of unfermented wort - likely the unfermented wort of a pale lager. Ditto the flavour. Slight bitter finish. Light bodied and fizzy mouthfeel. Not necessarily bad, if you like unfermented wort that is. Braudog (3778), Dayton, Ohio, USA

Very sweet bready aroma. Initially a light smooth malty drink, but then a sharp acidic, almost lemony bite of starchiness takes this down a notch. yngwie (5051), Kristiansand, Norway
| 1.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Dec 20, 2005 Bottled. Pale yellow with white head. Grainy aroma. Watery and sticky body and not much beer flavors. More like a field of flowers and grain, with cooked vegetables. Avoid. (051220) Precept53 (113), West Bloomfield, Michigan, USA

| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Jul 11, 2005 Bottle. Slightly rounder and less harsh than the Becks AF, yet it too lacks body from the absence of alcohol. Upshot is the reconstituted carbonation is softer in this case, but the bubbles still feel large. This beer will last forever in your fridge because they boiled the life from it, but it is quite passible for it’s intended purpose. Faint hop aroma (this must be drunk COLD). Slight caramel and sweet fruitiness in the malt character, dry grassy rounded hops. <P>A good choice among sorry bargains and tastier than some North American light beers. | 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 1, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Comes as "Holsten Alkoholfrei Premium". Brewed as a "real" pilsener from which the alcohol has been removed. Nicely golden with a fine, white head. Rather typical NAB, it naturally lacks body but has a decent, hoppy finish. 141199 Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA
