Ah well, this will have to do. 330 mL can. Light golden colour, small head that disappears quickly. Aroma of hay and tobacco. Thin body. Sweetish start, slightly tart middle, grassy hop finish. Went OK with a burger & chips, but nothing to get too excited about. legion242 (1588), Richardson, Texas, USA

Its smooth enough, a good balance. There are domestic lagers way better than this. Medicore at best. JohnBarleycorn (394), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 19, 2005 Unusually large, soapy bubbles form the quickly dissipating head. Very light yellow in appearance and the standard mixture of hops, malt and sugar on those – no surprises. Nice and refreshing to drink, however the recipe could have used another couple scoops of hops, as the overall character and finish is quite weak. Rain water aftertaste. Your standard patio lager. | 0.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Feb 18, 2005 Clear yellow. Overall, the aroma can best be described as being skunky, but it is also very grassy, herbal, vegetable-like, a bit salty and just terribly gross above all. Grainy, pale grains in the flavor with a bit of grass. Pretty much, a total absence of a flavor of any kind. Gross. 5000 (2800), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 14, 2005 Bottle pours a very translucent pale yellow, large white frothy head, lively carbonation, with spotty lacing.   Pale malt nose, slightly grassy/grainy but very subtle.   Seems fairly sweet as well.   A bit more grassy/grainy flavors on the tongue.   Light malts, semi-sweet.   Average body and mouthfeel, medium.   Finishes clean, lingering malts & sweet grass.   Not half bad.

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jan 19, 2005 Very pale, has a cloudy cloudy head with a short half-life, grassy scent and not much else. Watery, weakly spicy/hoppy, notably dry finish. Soft carbonation makes it easily drinkable. Better than macroswill, not as good as other German lagers. Nothing to write home about, that’s for damn sure. mullet (801), Melbourne, Australia
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 12, 2005 Smells of cruskits, milky malt and pencil shavings. The malt and hops are both there (even though the hops are ridiculously metallic) but it just doesn’t come together. Flabby sweetness. Pretty ordinary beer but nectar next to most Aussie shit due to the absence of off tastes.
