Oct 9, 2003 Quite a sweet yeast smell. Very clear and carbonated when poured into a glass, yet head died quickly (I blame my glass for that though) Quite a bitey hop taste, lingers a bit afterwards. Not really much else to it. A bit watery. Not a bad flavour actually. Missing alot from your standard European style lager, but I don't mind it. Well priced too.

Aug 19, 2003 Say Holsten and i think of lake Balataon in Hungary. After waiting quite some time in the heat for a room, suddenly this beer came along. Man i felt good! ;-)

Jul 23, 2003 Very carbonated blonde. Corny malt with perhaps some apples in mouth entrance, rapidly replaced by a light hop bitterness.
