This beer made me say wooow - this is nice.... It’s a golden beer with a nice head. The aroma is malty in a wonderful way, difficult to describe - but the kind of way, that gives you this nice and good woow feeling... It has notes of roasted malt, nuts and caramel. The carbonation is low, but that is quite OK. The flavour is wonderfully smooth and in perfect harmony with it’s light sweetness, caramel and nuts. It’s a truly nice beer, and I really like this brewery!! 1395

Pours appealing deep gold with foamy white head, well carbonated. Aroma apple/pear, sweet malt. Smooth and light on the palate, more sweet light malt and fruit flavours, balanced by a dry woody note. Finish dry and lightly sweet. Not bad at all.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Lightly hazy pale amber, rocky head. Light soapy grassy nose. Light bodied. Very dry with crisp rounded mouthfeel. Caramel wakes up as it warms - the promised oaky undertones are very vague if there at all. FIniishes with hop induced bitterness. A very drinkable bitter.
