Cask Handpump at the CIS Building, Manchester 29/01/2005 Golden coloured slightly rich on the palate and hoppy. Some fruitiness in a dry malt finish.

Blonde beer full of lactic acid. when asking the pretty but stupid barmaid if it is supposed to taste like this, all she had to say was "we’ve had no complaints so far". (Well, this is the first then). She didn’t even attempt to taste it Can she tell a lager from an ale, I wonder. And this at a brewery owned pub in the GBG, no less. I left the place without finishing my beer.
