Someone at the tasting remarked, "smells like rotting apples." I thought it smelled like a moldy beehive. Flavor is lightly sweet, stale grass, pears. Watery finish. Tastes a lot better than it smells. argo0 (7018), Washington DC, USA

Has a bland grassy sugar corn nose. Starts with a light pale malty sweetness and some bland earthy hops before a very thin finish. Not much going on here, but it is drinkable at least. dkachur (2431), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA

Pours a clear golden amber with a thin fizzy head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma of corn, corn and more corn with a bit of toasty malts and grass. Taste is more prominent grassy notes with more corn. Balanced a bit better this time. A little acridity creeps in the finish. Thin-medium bodied. Decent for a light lager. Appearance: Pale straw yellow with a foamy, white head.
Aroma: Light nose with a touch of grain and grass.
Flavor: Light grain and malt sweetness but a decent hop bite. Slight grass notes on the hop end. This isn’t too bad for a light beer.
Palate: High carbonation with a light mouthfeel and a medium-short finish.
Overall: I have certainly had worse light beers. I wouldn’t mind having a few of these during the dog days of summer.
