Commercial Description:
This beer has medium body and maltiness. Fruity esters and hops are the predominant flavors and bittering is pronounced. The hoppy finish is clean, dry and crisp.

on tap: i havent had this one at the draft house as stated below...yet. had it at old holy cow, several times. very overhopped with little head or malt character. for you hop lovers you would this would be the choice.

Now under the Big Dog Brewing Co. moniker. It's an amber beer with a malty nose. Overly hopped with no malt balance. Very citric finish.

Arizona Beer Fest 03/23/02: Pours a nice amber, white head and fair lace. Malt nose, some floral tones, sweet. Front is sweet, middle a bit thin, mild to medium carbonation, finish acidic, slightly dry nice hop presence, clean and fresh.

Color of apple juice, weak head. Cascade hops were very prominent, floral aroma. The hops lasted from start to finish.
