Mar 11, 2004 had this one at holy cow several times and now at the draft house: slightly different recipe or brewing system the new one is very hoppy and bitter, the pour is a nice headed. but this stuff is hopped to the nine. be careful boys!!

May 4, 2003 Now called BAD DOG IPA under the brewer's new Big Dog Brewing Co. moniker. Awesome caramel with gigantic head. Flowery nose and full-on hop flavors, grapefruit sour. No bittering end, and though I never thought I'd say this, I think the hops here are almost overpowering.

to medium, the finish is slightly acidic, big hop bite, crisp and leaves a bitter twang in your mouth, a good IPA to be sure.
