Commercial Description:
This Golden Ale is Belgian-Style, yet with a Florida twist! Handcrafted in small batches using the finest all natural ingredients, including German Plisner malt and Czech Saaz hops. Quite a refreshing, yet complex beer… that will only mature if cellared for 2-3 years. -Ideal serving temperature 45f.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a light white head. Lots of fruit pear, apricot, and banana. Sweet malt lightly spiced. Interesting beer.

Pours a decent cap of head with a bit of saaz coming up in the aroma. Quite a bit of sweetness in here. The esters jump in, but I get a little phenolic character as well. Adequate body and mouthfeel, but there’s an ever-present amount of sweetness that just brings this out of balance. Not a bad drink, but I wonder if the "belgian-style" came as a result of accidentally fermenting at too high of a temperature and incorrectly thinking "lot’s of esters" equate to "belgian-style"?

12 oz. bottle courtesy of daknole. Pours a clear dark golden/light amber with a small white head that collapses to a thin film. The aroma is a strange mix of some lager qualities along with mild sweetness, slight yeast, banana, bread, and a little spice. The flavor loses the lager quality altogether. It opens with a quick hit of fruit and caramel malt before moving quickly to a dry, spicy, warming finish. The alcohol is noticable, but not distracting. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.

Aroma is malt with shy hops pressence, light golden, small cream head. Taste is toffee, buttercream, light bodied, balanced, smooth, nice tongue tingle. Good. Thanks Beershine and Oakes.

Tak til Marsiblursi. Drukket til vores Shorts smagning. Lys gullig og næsten intet skum. Sødlig maltet, lidt blomster, lidt slikbutik, frugtet, let karboneret. Noget alkoholisk

Bottled. Poured clear medium golden with a short-lived cap of white head and plenty of rising carbonation. The aroma picked up sweet honeysuckle and bready pils malts with a light, dry, spicy yeast impression surrounding.. the sweetness seemed a tad syrupy and artificial. The flavor opened with thick honey and pale malt sweetness laced with sour woody and medicinal notes and peppery yeast.. quite warm on the back and finish. Medium-bodied but it felt a little thicker on the palate.. I got an intriguing kick of light fruits just after the finish.. interesting, but unrefined
