This beer had nearly no head and was filtered. flavor was also typical. nothing to get excited about. BeerandBlues2 (3231), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

Pours clear dark yellow with an average, rocky, white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw), average hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, earth) with notes of banana and apple. Medium bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, moderate acidity, bitterness, and sweetness. darn1207 (621), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 15, 2008 Updated: May 5, 2009This is a suberb beer, especially great for a beer brewed in Florida(we dont have a lot of great breweries here!). If you didnt know you might think you were drinking a Belgian beer. Fairly strong aroma and flavor. Pours a slighly copperish color with a quickly disappearing head. Nice sweet flavor on initial taste, gives way to a perfectly balanced hop finish. Great with wings! Superb on tap and good in the bottle too. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA

Spicey nose full of Belgian qualities, citrus, and yeast. Flavor is sweet at first with light spices, warms quickly in the tail. ABV is noticable. A little orange peel. Thanks Degarth. Thanks to Degarth for the trade!
