Commercial Description:
This one is so special you may only find it at the Winter Brew and Barleywine Festival in Anchorage, held in January. Whatever the year, it is brewed in the American style of flavor profile, but each year has its own special nuances.

On tap at the 2003 Great Alaska Beer and Barley Wine Festival. Cloudy dark orange/brown with little head and a nose of smoked meat. Lots of malt with smokey sweetness balanced by hop bitterness. Interesting variation on a barley wine.
