Cask Stillage from the Jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 26/09/2009 Floral hop aroma. White head. Clear golden coloured and hoppy with a little dryness in a crisp bready malt finish.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with a very thin white head. Aroma is very light and slightly sweet. Some malts mixed with hints of apples. Flavor is sweet at the start. Almost cidery. Flavor moves to a mild and dry middle with a very light hint of hops. Almost no bitterness until the very end. Very watery but refreshing.
