Aroma – This gave off yet more fruity aroma. This was light with hops as it should be.
Appearance – Dark Amber in color, small head and clear.
Flavor – This was a light Dopplebock. The flavor where very light with malt. The hops where so light hard to taste. Felt watery once again.
Palate – Decent Mouthfeel, A watery texture with a semi dry finish.
Overall – The beer was just not happening It felt watery and like it was missing the strong malt flavors a good Dopple would have had. I felt like it was a incomplete fermentation. That my humble opinion.
