Gentle toffee and honey aroma. Medium-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The flavor is meaty, but reserved. I also pick up a touch of sorghum. Short, crisp, clean finish. brewblackhole (1380), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 16, 2009 Big surprise with the low rating from the ratebeer crowd for this pleasing golden ale from the folks at Rochester.
Sweet ale with low carbonation and low hop presence which explains why it’s rated so low here, but it’s a very drinkable and mild thirst quencher.
Ignore the haters and give this ale a try
