Jun 19, 2008 Columbia, SC - Total Wine - 12 oz bottle. Medium gold - lifeless pour with no head. Mineral water like aroma with some metal pipe notes. Bland lager flavor, brief hint of honey, some metallic notes. Mouthfeel is quite dry. Probably best used to put out fires.

Jun 16, 2008 Tasting - Perfect Pour. Sparkling gold, fizzy white head. Faint aromas of toasted biscuit and florals. Initial seltzer water flavors mingle with notes of floral cereal from start to finish. Light bodied and thin with soft carbonation. May 31, 2008 12 oz. bottle pours golden with fluffy white head. No lacing as the head dissipates. Faint aroma of citrus and mild caramel. Light bodied alright, with not much taste to speak of and an easy finish with a somewhat cereal-like aftertaste.

May 25, 2008 Pale yellow, clear, white head fades into a ring. Aroma is sweet, grainy, touch of rice (guessing here, but that is what it reminds me of). Cereal flavor, some green apple, touch of sweetness on the finish. If attempting to microbrew a standard american light lager, they basically achieved it.
