Commercial Description:
Bottled; Pasteurised.
Pale, delicately fruity and refreshing. Hooky Gold is a beer which marries English tradition with American pizzazz. It is the first of our beers to use an American hop variety, Willamette, grown in Oregon, and having moderate bitterness with a spicy, noble hop aroma.

Bottled. A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge beige head. The aroma is very hoppy in a herbal and flowery way, but also with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with a nice flowery and somewhat grassy hoppy note giving it a bitter end where the flowery note turns into a light honey note, that lingers for a good while.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, golden with a small, white head. Lightly citrusy, hoppy aroma. Fairly light body with a discreet malt sweetness but otherwise dominated by fresh, citric hop notes leaving a light bitterness. 281006

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy and golden yellow to orange with a slowly collapsing chalk white head. Mild peach fruity hops aroma, quite inviting. Flavour is mild grapefruit and peachy hops with a light caramel malt beneath. Bitterness seems to take out the sweetness yet the balance seems quite good. Ends quite fruity and light bitter. Nice brew.

It is warm golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma is mild with notes of malt, fruit (light melon and peach) and light flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, fruit (melon) and citrus and the finish is dry and slightly bitter. It is a very mild and uncomplicated beer, easy to drink.

Pale yellow with little white head. Malty sweet aroma with flowery hoppyness. Despite that, taste is quite sweet with limited hoppyness.
