A well balanced and full bodied beer demonstrating fruitiness, with the Crystal Malt content being distinctive. The hoppy mouth gives way to a sweeter finish.

(on bottle)The word "old" is important; this beer is very matured and I like that. Gode/deep brown in color and both sent and taste is kind of square, hard ans young, although of the name. Very strong lash of wood and barreloil in the finish. Oh yeh, as Dalle says, pine in there too.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a kinda hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of some caramel, crystal malt, some hop. Flavor is very much the same with some nuttiness. Mouth feel is medium body with high carbonation. Over all, not bad!

Pour a rich deep dark amber with a huge creamy beige foam on top. Sweet crystal malt and slight hop aroma. Very rich malt profile, quite buttery. Toffee and and oranges is a good way to describe it. Bitter nutty finish that is has a long sweet aftertaste. The hops play a very good supporting roll in this beer. Dull palate with light sizzling carbonation, in style.

Poured a amber orange color with a active, white head. The aroma was interesting mix of nutty smoothness, grass and malt. Smooth and easy to drink, the flavor yielded more grass, toffee, nuts, floral hops, and only hints of fruity sweetness. I found this refreshing and easy to drink. A pleasant bitter for a hot summer's night.

Bottled: pours a dark orange amber with a patchy film on top. Winey sour grape aroma with a mixture of wet malt and some soft leather. Slightly metallic palate with some lemony, orange hay. Nice clean hoppy finish, but all in all nothing to exciting in this glass.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a hazy orange color. Nose is fruits, berries, caramel, apples. Taste is bland and bread like. Bitter finish and weak watery short mouthfeel.
