Deep amber/copperish colour, slightly fruity beer that leaves bitterness through aftertaste. A little fizzy.

Bottled: pours a dark orange amber with a patchy film on top. Winey sour grape aroma with a mixture of wet malt and some soft leather. Slightly metallic palate with some lemony, orange hay. Nice clean hoppy finish, but all in all nothing to exciting in this glass.

Bottled, Pasteuised. Deep amber with short white head. Fruity, slightly aweet flavour, plummy aroma. Some bitterness on the front of the tongue, but mostly rich malty. Thinner than the cask wher the beer develops further.

Amber colour, small white creamy head. Aroma of grapefruit, pepper and caramel. taste of nuts, sweet fruit and toffee. Quite hoppy finish. A well-crafted beer but it's quite thin overall.

Bottle from River’s Bend. Poured clear brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate sweet malty aroma. Medium body with a dry bitter texture. Medium bittersweet flavor with a smooth toasted bitter finish of average duration. Solid drinkable brew.

Bottle. Body-amber with a medium ring of bubbles. Nose-clean, apple, light fruit esters. Taste-very clean, light spiky, light tobacco, good, clean, albeit more or less run of the mill.
