Aroma is a bit skunky at first, light yeast and hops as well. Flavour is pretty basic, medium bitterness with the yeasty taste coming through. Palate is clean. Overall nothing special, and the skunkiness/yeastiness were definitely a put-off - could have been a bad bottle though.

Pale gold body, bit of hazy, small creamy white head.
Light aroma; pale malts, cereals, grassy hops, bit of minerally bread quality.
Lean body, decent carbonation, bit of husky dryness adds a somewhat refreshing element to it.
Hops come through on the body; lemony, grassy, spicy, decent citric bitter note, some subtle pale malt flavours in the background but nothing prominant. Finish is dry.
Refreshing English golden ale, could probably drink quite a few of these. rederic (1815), montréal, Quebec, Canada
