Think Luciernaga’s complexity and RR Damnation’s touch. Opaque gold, nice fizzy white head and lacing. Nose is ultra-clean, sweet with light malt and grain yet tart in apple and minor banana. Real minor yeast. Flavor is subtle but absolutely balanced and delicious: sweet honey and bready malt right alongside refreshing hop bitterness, lemon, yeast, and slight dust. Carbonated yet wonderfully smooth and supremely drinkable. Master class here. rodenbach99 (696), Longueuil, Quebec, Canada
