Black and thick, sweet bitterness from coffee beans and sweet belgium chocolate. Difrent from other I.Stouts because of the added oatmeal cookie tastes. Silky smooth with a hoppy bitter finish.

Jan 7, 2009 Ink black with a brown head. Big ass roasty malt chocolate aroma. Heavy viscous mouthfeel. Rich blackened malt flavors with dark chocolate and gram crackers. Finishes with bitter blackened malts. Nice stout.

Jan 6, 2009 Pours the blackest of any stout I have ever seen, light does not even shine through when held up to a lamp. Thin beige head, decent lacing. Very deep roasted malts, with chocolate, smoke, and booze. heavy chocolate and oat flavor complimented by a slight hop presence, roasted malt dominates though. Finishes with a slight anise flavor. Thick beer, like drinking oatmeal. Very nice on a cold night.

Jan 4, 2009 22oz bottle. Pours black with a very small tan head. Aroma of toffee, chocolate, and alcohol. Flavors of chocolate, deep-roasted malts, and dark fruits with hints of coffee. Lightly carbonated, thick and syrupy. Another great Imperial from Ohio (see Thirsty Dog).

Jan 2, 2009 bomber from marinos is toledo. black pour with medium fluff head. light aroma of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. nice slippery but thick palate. first thing noticed in taste is bitter semi-sweet chocolate. also flavors of coffee, dark fruit and oats. great imp stout. K-9
