~ A good beer. Great sipping brew.
Didn’t detect any smoke. bhensonb (4181), Woodland, California, USA Dec 15, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Aroma of caramel malt and floral hop. Good amber color with a substantial, creamy off-white head. Smooth medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is pretty roasted, and there’s some smoke. Pretty hoppy. Finish is roasted, lightly smoked and well bittered. Lots of flavors, and it’s still refreshing.
