Draft. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Malt and very light smoke aroma. Malt and grain flavor with soem light mineral notes and very faint smoke. Medium bodied. Malt, grain, and light mineral lingers. Needs some smoke.

~Pours a clear copper color with creamy white head. ~Nice hop and malt aroma. ~Hoppy flavor with some roasted malts as well, good flavor. ~Light feel, bitter finish. ~ A good beer. Great sipping brew. Didn’t detect any smoke.

Draft at the brewpub. Aroma of caramel malt and floral hop. Good amber color with a substantial, creamy off-white head. Smooth medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is pretty roasted, and there’s some smoke. Pretty hoppy. Finish is roasted, lightly smoked and well bittered. Lots of flavors, and it’s still refreshing.
