Commercial Description:
This amber lager has a smooth taste with hints of caramel and a crisp finish. It is balanced with judicious amounts of Hallertau and Nugget hops to make it a highly drinkable beer. For those who visualize brewing south of the border, it is brewed in the time-honored Viennese tradition of Mexico, and is comparable to a Negra Modelo or a Dos Equis Amber, with an alcohol by volume of about 5.2%.

~Pours a copper color with small white head. ~Smooth caramel malt and biscuity scent. ~Malty flavor, some biscuit and slight citrus. ~Medium feel, slightly sour finish. ~This is a nice mellow brew. I enjoyed it.

Uncomplicated roasted caramel aroma. Dark reddish amber color with a minimal white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. Typical caramel with a lot (relatively speaking) of spice - really nice flavor nutmeg? cinnamon? Finish is dryish.
