Bomber. Pours dark amber-orange with a moderate off-white head. Aroma is Christmas spices, sweet malt, and some citrus hops. Flavor is various spices, a bit stronger than in the aroma, with a bit of caramel malt with a hint of roastiness, and finishing with a bit of citrus hops. Main flaws are alcohol is a bit too noticeable when it warms, and finish is quite short. The malt/spice/hops interaction is interesting overall though. Pretty good for the spiced-Christmas-beer style.

Bottle shared by puzzl. Deep amber-orange beer with a thin yellowish-beige head. Lots of cinnamon, allspice and ginger on the nose. Sweet and slightly malty on the back. It’s very pumpkin beer like with some sweet spiciness and a lingering gingery character. Kind of simple with an earthy hoppiness. As it warms, more malty sweetness comes out along with the peppery alcohol.

Bottle. Hoppy chocolate aroma with minor spice. Some pumpkin. Lots of spice in the flavor with strong pie spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and such. Very much like a pumpkin ale. Pretty nice. The hoppiness adds a good dimension to this.

clear copper with a fleeting head. Big spicy herbal smell with black currant, anise. Taste is full of fresh hops, pale malts, and that holiday spice mix. Not too bad. 11287

22oz bottle-pours a foamy light tan head and amber/copper color. Aroma is medium malt-toffee, spice-cinnamon, nutmeg. Taste is spice, medium malt-toffee, some earthy. OK carbonation. Thanks to Stevo for sharing.

btl. A clean copper pour with hard hints of amber. Spicey aroma that has hard cinnamon and nutmeg. Spice is light with medium malt character that struggles to carry the abv. Decent bitter finish. Carbonation is over the top for me just a tad and its a wee bit thin. Overall a good warm holiday beer.

Bottle. Dark orange pour with thin off-white film on top. Aroma of cinnamon, banana-nut bread, and some sweet malt. The flavor is similar, pretty vegetable-like, with some bitterning hops in the finish. Somewhat a strange concoction of flavors.
