Commercial Description:
Is a unique, all-natural style of beer that currently falls under the category of a Specialty Ale. In other words, there is no true category for this beer... Characterized by its distinctive Mount Hood hop aroma and beautiful blonde color, Liquid Sunshine™ is brewed at a low temperature to create a nice lite dry finish. Using only the finest 2-row malted barley, wheat, rye, and great northwestern grown hops, this combination results in a clean, crisp, and uniquely refreshing beer.

22 oz bottle purcahsed for me by my Dad at Zipps in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pour is only slight haze pale golden yellow with a smallish white head. Aroma has some initial skunk that clears, followed by some mild resin and fruit hops, and a hint of toasted grains. Very subtle, though decent enough nose after the skunk clears out. Taste starts with the light skunk, followed by a bit of the bitter resin and mild grapefruit peel and fruit. After that, the toasted grain of the nose closes the taste out. Palate is light to medium bodied, crisp carbonation and easy to drink. Overall this was just ok, though I would like to have it fresh or on tap as the skunk detracted quite a bit.

Pours a very pale white yellow color. Medium sized somewhat rocky white head. Slightly sweet malt flavors complemented by a muted citrus hop tone. Subtle grainy and sweet malt flavors meld with a grassy and slightly fruity hop characteristics. Finishes with a nice crisp bitterness and a lingering astringency. Mouth feel is light and crisp.
