Commercial Description:
Is a unique, all-natural style of beer that currently falls under the category of a Specialty Ale. In other words, there is no true category for this beer... Characterized by its distinctive Mount Hood hop aroma and beautiful blonde color, Liquid Sunshine™ is brewed at a low temperature to create a nice lite dry finish. Using only the finest 2-row malted barley, wheat, rye, and great northwestern grown hops, this combination results in a clean, crisp, and uniquely refreshing beer.

Pours a cloudy banana yellow with a small foamy head. Aroma is hoppy, with notes of apricot and old coins. Oh, flavor is a lot more hoppy than expected. Bitter grapefruit hops, and a touch of fruity sweetness in the finsih. Mouthfeel is oily, dull. Could’ve been a bit more spritzy. Not a bad blonde, better than expected. Overall, good minus.

Chris, I really owe you one! Big hazey foamy pour. Has a rocky undiminishing head. Very fine appealing streams of sparkling carbonation are clearly visible. Hazy to a small extent. Fresh beer aroma. Tingly hoppy bitter bite. An enjoyably experience considering the hops. An friendly brew. Still like-able even near the middle of the session. Towards end, gets a little bitter on the back of my throat. A ringing beer personality!
