Jun 15, 2009 Dark black with dark tan head.... Aroma of roasted and chocolate malts... Flavor has hints of dark chocolate... Palate is fairly sweet... Pretty good stout...

Feb 28, 2009 Draft at the brewpub (5.6 ABV). Very black color with a slight tan head. Aromas of toasted/charred malt and coffee. Full bodied with mild carbonation. Flavor tends toward espresso. Finish is bitter, but slightly swetish. A very tasty stout.

Mar 27, 2006 Rich, coffee and roasted malt aromas predominate. Fizzy, tan head that dissipates to a thin ring. Dark, dark red/black and clear. Astringent, dark malty notes with a hint of chocolate and hops. Very rich. Dry finish. Medium bodied.
