Dec 18, 2008 Draught: Poured a reddish brown with off white head. The aroma is bitter vinegar and malts. Taste is sweet fruit with malt along as slight hops finish.

Cloudy red-amber color. Besides a normal caramel aroma, the rest is quite odd: light flavors, light cereals, light caramel and a strange carbonic gas feeling on the tongue.

Light and evanescent foam. Elegant dark red color, tending to the amber, lightly burnt. Medium fizz. Inconsistent scent, nearly absent. Slightly alcoholic taste, much smooth and discreetly arid. Without temper and less strong than 6.0%. Bitter present in the end with notes of braced malt (but very very little).
