Jul 23, 2005 Bottle poured a golden brown with a light tan head. Aromas of tennessee whisky, cak,vanilla. and a bit of citrus. Rich smooth mouthfeel. Flavors of whiskey, vanilla, oak,nice malt backbone, with a bitter finish. Nice touch dry-hopping the bottles Dave!

Mar 14, 2005 Monster beer. Bourbon is prominent with lots of malt and a fairly big bitterness. Some oak and vanilla notes. Very big mouthfeel full and Malt forward with lite acetyl alcohol. A palate killer if ther ever was one.
