Commercial Description:
This beer bridges east and west with a lane dedicated to riders who aren't afraid to get dirty. Three kinds of organic caramel malts and a 24 pound whirlpool hop bomb keep things interesting while the wheels go round and round. Cheers to narrow knobbies, kazoos, and more cowbell! 12.5°, 45 IBU

Not a bad pale by any stretch of the imagination. Almost an IPA in bitterness. Light and refreshing. Aroma is a bit muted.

Bomber from Liquid Solutions. Pours orange gold with a frothy off-white head. Floral/citrus aromas. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Pretty fair amount of hop bitter, with some backing caramel. Quite pleasant. Floral notes stick into the finish. A good bitter beer. Not harsh, but not wimpy.

Bottle... Poured a vibrant orange with a nice white head. Hops on the nose with a little bit of cracker-like malt. Refreshingly crisp and well-carbonated palate. Floral hops up front with a citrus fruit sweetness before the malted balance in the finish.

Pours golden amber with a good two finger white head. Copious lacings. Aroma is of dark earthy hops. Taste is pine, leather, some initial fruitiness and a good malt backing. Altogether somewhat too bitter for the style. This was not a problem for just a tasting note. I believe this was a very fresh bomber as it was the first HUB product I have seen at the place of purchase. Very fine organic Pale Ale that will really deliver on the full bitter end of the spectrum.

Its an interesting pale. Organic which is nice, a slightly malty hoppy head, and even lingers little.

Draft @ HUB, Portland.OR. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy aroma with some weak hints of citrus. Sweetish malty hoppy caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

sampler @ brewery - dark gold, clear, thin to no head; a fairly hoppy APA, which i sometimes find annoying such as at this occasion; drinkable and relatively smooth; just missing that malty sweetness that makes a good APA
