Taster - Hopworks Urban Brewery - Portland, OR
Aroma – Nice dark malt aroma with some fruitiness and floral hops also coming through.
Appearance – Brown in color, Nice head and clear.
Flavor – Loved the flavor of the beer. Rich and had lots of character with the malts. The floral hops where a nice touch. Very sweet.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, great texture with a good dry finish.
Overall – Deep rich flavor this is a very nicely built beer. Loved the flavors of the dark malts which where sweet added with the floral this really added to the beer.

Growler. Pours dark brown. nice malt presence. Flavor is a wonderful rich, toasted malt. Caramel, and a light hop character. Wonderful body. I am very lucky to have savored this sweet goodie.

Tap @ HUB... Poured a deep ruby with a thin white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is sweet and tart with malt and fruit. Not a lot of hops in this beer, syrupy and a wonderful malt complexity that is bitter and sweet. Very well balanced and wine-like flavors that lend to caramel and a smooth finish.

On tap at Hopworks in Portland, OR--Poured a deep brown-copper-ruby body. Nutty, grassy nose with lots of sweet malts. Great mouthfeel with a spicy, earthy complex finish.

On tap at HUB. Pours a brilliant amber with med/low head. Mild hop aroma and flavor with some alcohol warming. Some biscuit and bread flavors. Very clean and tasty!
