Aug 5, 2009 On tap at Concordia Ale House for IIPA fest in late July 09. Pale yellow color. I was very surprised at how pale this beer looked as it easily could have fooled me for BMC, but that is where the similarities end. Big piney, citrusy nose. Big hop assault with the first sip, then malty backbone evens things out before a big bad ass hoppy finish. Extremely well balanced, highly drinkable, great depth. Superbly executed. My choice of the fest

Dec 14, 2008 On tap at the Green Dragon meet the brewer event. Pours gold with a tall white head. Big citrus hop nose and mild pine to it. Crisp and dry palate, with a big floral citrus hop character. Good dry bitter finish.
