Draft at the brewery. Clear yellow with a white head. Fruity hop nose of melon and lemon citrus. Wet on the palate, medium bodied, some light coarseness in the back, and some plastic grain twang in there as well. Okay but nothing like true Czech pils.

Draft @ HUB, Portland, OR. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a sweetish malty grainy and slightly grassy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor with some bitterness. Has a long malty bitter finish with s long bitter aftertaste.

From the tap this beer pours a beautiful golden color, great clarity, with a tall white head. Crisp hop nose, spicy and floral abundance. This was one of the better pilsners i’ve had in town, crisp on the palate, excellent compliment to most foods.

4oz Taster - Spring Beer & Wine Festival - Portland, OR
Aroma – Light Pils aroma with lots of malts.
Appearance – Light golden color, Nice light head and clear.
Flavor – Good pils flavor. This was easy to drink with a good use of hops and malts.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very nice Pilsner. I like the flavors. This will be a great hot day out riding beer.

Thanks to Ben and Christian for this wonderful beer!--Poured a rich copper-golden body with a decent white head. Nose of bready malts and fresh fruity hops. A PNW take on the Czech Pils. Lots of floral notes and chewy malt character. I loved the amalgum of the two worlds’ brew styles. Very very nice beer!
