Beautiful pale orange colour with fluffy white head. Citrusy sorbet tart and wood in aroma. Earthy flavour with light gastric juice along with gentle acidity but still loaded with funkiness. Really nice mouthfeel with fluffy, porous feeling from the gentle natural carbonation. Bit bitter in the end. Rustyham (545), miami, Florida, USA Nov 4, 2009 Great, thick mouthfeel, cirtusy and earthy. Sour, but not too much. Bottle from Ryan Blanksi’s Sourfest- Hollywood, Florida. daknole (2805), Plantation, Florida, USA Nov 1, 2009 Orangish pour. White head. Lots of cheese and wood in the nose with some fruit and tons of sour funk. Flavor is sour, lemony, cheesy and a bit of sweetness mixed in. Nice brew. Glad to try this one for sure.
